This is not your mama’s backyard…

Founded in 2021 by two local Greenwood families, Rooster’s Backyard began as a vision for a place where guests could kick back and relax, enjoy a cold drink, order dinner, and let the kids run and play. Since then, Rooster’s has hosted dozens of concerts by big name artists including Cory Morrow, Confederate Railroad, Josh Weathers, Randy Rogers, Doug Stone, Treaty Oak Revival, Jason Boland and more. We like to fill the patio with acoustic voices between those bigger shows as well as fun nights like Dueling Pianos, Open Mic Night, and Karaoke.

Rooster’s Backyard has hosted fundraisers for varying causes, raising more than $1 Million and counting for several local organizations. As life-long locals to Greenwood, having a space that can be utilized to allow the community to come together to support one another is our biggest blessing.
